I do not accept returns, refund requests or exchanges as there is no way I am able to ensure that I receive my exact item(s) back.

All of my items are in MINT to VERY GOOD condition, so there's little chance that issues will arise. If you do happen to run into any issues, do not hesitate to contact me - I would love to help!


> Regarding Item Condition:

Everything that I list in my store is in excellent condition. I am extremely particular when it comes to the quality of Lego that I own/sell, and WILL NOT sell Lego sets, parts, and minifigures that I would not personally like to own.

I am an avid minifig collector, so I take every precaution necessary in order to keep each and every minifigure in MINT condition. All minifigures are stored individually in a plastic bag, out of sunlight and in a heavy-duty storage bin. They go straight into storage as soon as I get ahold of them in order to keep them in pristine condition.

> All Items Are Thoroughly Inspected & Free Of The Following Defects:

- Cracked or extremely loose limbs, torsos & legs

- Cracked, loose-fitting or broken parts

- Discolouration or fading

- Extreme scratches or bite marks

- Odd smells or any other odors

Please note that some parts will scratch naturally due to how they're packaged in Lego factories. In the rare occasion that there are defects, I will always note it in the item description.


> Regarding Payment & Orders:

I do not cancel orders due to high shipping costs or failure to follow/read these store terms.

I also do not cancel orders if you neglect the "Quote" option and find that the total cost is too high - I have it enabled to prevent situations like this! You can submit a quote at the final page of the "Checkout" process.

Accepted payment methods are PayPal (worldwide) & e-transfer (Canada only.)

When it comes to PayPal, please DO NOT send payments using an eCheck as this will delay your order. Instant Payment only, otherwise your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded once it clears.

Payment must be sent within  24 - 48 hours of invoice unless you contact me and we make arrangements for a later date. If I don't receive any replies to messages (24 hrs) or if you fail to make a payment within the time frame (48 hrs) I will file a Non-Paying Buyer alert or cancel the order without notice.


> Regarding Additional Fees:

Insurance & tracking are optional for orders within Canada. For international orders OVER $50 USD, tracking is required, but insurance is optional. These terms are non-negotiable as they are put in place to protect both the buyer and seller, so please be sure to request a quote before ordering if you feel it's necessary.


> Regarding Feedback:

Feedback will be left once the buyer first leaves feedback on their order, as that lets me know the order has been received by the customer & is now complete.

Please contact me with any issues or concerns that arise BEFORE leaving feedback, as I strive to close every order with a "Positive" feedback rating.

> Regarding Shipping:

Shipping times vary from 5 business days to upwards of 6 months depending on your location in the world and the method of shipping that was used.

I ship once payment has been confirmed. I typically pack and ship on the same day you place your order, but it all depends on when the order is paid for.

I use both Canada Post and UPS to find the cheapest option for shipping, which is calculated using the shipping estimate tools on their respective websites - I ship using the courier that provides the cheapest option.


> Regarding Tracking & Insurance:

Insurance & tracking is optional for orders within Canada.

For International orders OVER $75 USD, tracking is required, but insurance is optional.

These terms are non-negotiable as they are put in place to protect both the buyer and seller, so please be sure to request a quote before ordering if you feel it's necessary.


> Patience is appreciated:

Please understand that once the package is shipped, it is out of my control & any concerns will have to be directed towards the shipping company that was used to send the package. Please also note that delays may be caused by things that are out of anyone's control.


> I Am Not Responsible For Your Order Once It Has Shipped:

Each order is shipped as "FOB Shipping Point." This is a section of commercial law which states that the responsibility of the order is transferred to the buyer once the package is handed to the courier.  Any claims, return requests, chargebacks or disputes will be treated as fraudulent.
